Good Sam Foundation receives donation from West Islip Breast Cancer Coalition

Members of the West Islip Breast Cancer Coalition (WIBCC) recently presented Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center with a $15,000 donation to The Good Samaritan Hospital Foundation. The money will be used for the hospital's Breast Health Center which was created in response to the need for a comprehensive patientfocused program of early detection and diagnosis and positive reinforcement through counseling. The center offers counseling, support and after care, both for breast cancer patients and their families.

The West Islip Breast Cancer Coalition has been a long time supporter of the Breast Health Center, donating more than $375,000 since the Center's inception.
