New York Army National Guard promotions

Maj. Gen. Joseph J. Taluto, The Adjutant General for the State of New York, announced the promotion of members of the New York Army National Guard in recognition of their capabilities for responsibility and leadership. From this area is John Walis, of Babylon, serving with the Troop C 2-101.
