West Babylon residents private or parochial transportation request
To West Babylon residents: In accordance with the laws of New York State, please be informed that all West Babylon students attending private or parochial schools and/or child care services (Carousel School or Angel Care-Our Lady of Grace only) for the 2008-2009 school year need to fill out and submit a transportation request form to the West Babylon Transportation Department on or before April 1. The Transportation Request Form can be obtained from the place of school registration or through the West Babylon Transportation Department which can be reached at 631-321-3063. This form needs to be filled out each school year.
