Film to explore Aging in America at Good Samaritan Hospital
The Gerontology Professionals of Long Island (GPLI) will present a viewing of the film, Aging in America: The Years Ahead. A discussion, with filmmaker Julie Winokur, will follow the viewing. Aging in America is a journey across the topography of aging in search of what it means to have a good old age, as told through a series of vignettes of people who are now living the new old age. The film will be shown Tues., Feb. 26, 6:30 p.m. at Good Samaritan Hospital in West Islip. Registration is required.
