Kayaker Tim Keen to host discussion
Renowned kayaker Tim Keen will discuss his upcoming kayak expedition from the Canadian highlands on Baffin Island 385 miles to Ellsmere Island at the fringe of the Artic Circle. The presentation will be held Sat., Feb. 16, 1 p.m. and Sun., Feb. 17 noon to 2 p.m. at The Dinghy Shop, 334 South Bayview Ave., Amityville, located at the South Bay Sailing and Paddlesport Center, north of Buoy 20 on the Great South Bay. Reservations are requested as seating is limited.
