Babylon Schools seek professionals for participation in district wellness fair

In an effort to increase students' and adults' understanding of the importance of leading and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, the Babylon School District will be hosting their annual Wellness Fair on Friday, Feb. 29, from 6- 9 p.m. at Babylon Junior-Senior High School. During the program, Babylon Village's Fitness Incentive gym and other local businesses will be conducting athletic and wellness-based demonstrations, while representatives will be on hand to speak with attendees about their personal wellness.

The district is looking to expand the already popular evening by looking to increase the number of displays or demonstrations included during the event. If you or your business is interested in participating in or advertising during the fair, please contact Physical Education Director Hans Wiederehr at 631 893-7933.

The fair is open to the public and is free of charge.
