Babylon High Wall of Fame 2008

The Babylon Boosters Wall of Fame Committee began its search for the 2008 nominees. The Wall of Fame at Babylon High School honors past Panthers who have achieved excellence in athletics. The induction ceremony will take place at the school on June 7 with a luncheon to follow. Inductions take place every other year.

This year's committee is chaired by Dave Parker with members Don Bartsch, Kevin Muldowney, Sharon Murray and Carol Van Schaick.

Inductees for 2006 were Marilyn Cross (Class of 1959), Joe DeLucca ('47), Tim Schweitzer ('81), Barbara Van Bourgondien Degere ('75) and the 1991 Boys Soccer Team (County Champs).

The Committee invites all to submit names of BHS athletes deemed to have had outstanding athletic careers. Potential candidates must have graduated at least ten years ago (1997 or before).
