A great trip to the principal's office in West Babylon

Students at the South Bay Elementary School in the West Babylon School District don't fear the dreaded trip to the principal's office anymore - for many of them in fact it has become a favorite event now that they are participating in the "I Read to the Principal" program. Children in every grade are encouraged to visit Principal Scott's office to read aloud from anything they choose, from books to poems to original essays. Their names are then added to a growing list outside Principal. Scott's door.
