Sex offender email alerts

At no cost to the community, Parents for Megan's law (PFML) will actively email notify residents each time Suffolk and Nassau County Police Departments (and other local municipal Long Island Police Departments) release sex offender notifications for Level 1 (low risk), Level 2 (moderate risk) and Level 3 (high risk) sex offenders. Suffolk County currently has approximately 829 registered sex offenders and Nassau has approximately 457 registrants.

Call the Helpline at (631) 689-2672 for more information or register by logging onto Parents for Megan's Law at www.parents formeganslaw.org. printing out the registrations form from the Email Alert page and mailing it to PFML.
