Dahlia Society beginner's classes

Spring is right around the corner and the time to plan your garden is now. Add the magic of dahlias to your summer/fall garden when all other flowers are past their peak and have stopped blooming. The Long Island Dahlia Society will hold a special beginner's class Dahlias 101, Thurs.,. Feb. 21, 7 p.m. in the Carriage House in the Bayard Cutting Arboretum on Montauk Highway in East Islip. There will be refreshments after the class and admission is free. All are welcome.
