Volunteer advocates needed

Family Service League's Ombud Service Program of Suffolk County is seeking volunteers to train as advocates for nursing home, adult home and assisted living residents. Trained volunteers visit residents once a week to help improve the quality of their lives and to ensure that their rights are protected. For information, call 631- 427-3700, extension 240.
