Parents' Resource Center groups to be held

The Parents' Resource Center of the Deer Park School District offers community members an informal forum in which to discuss ideas and ask questions about any relevant issues or concerns they may have. The Center conduct workshops, seminars and discussion groups on topics chosen based on parental interest and needs. Programs are held at the Abraham Lincoln School, 300 Park Ave., Room 11, Deer Park.

The following groups will be conducted in the near future:

•On Tues., Jan. 22, 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Lisa Lee from DDL will offer Paarent Training: Autism Spectrum Disorder and Related Topics.

•The Fitness Club will meet Fri., Jan. 25, 10 to 11 a.m. Join in for some exercise and information on fitness, health and nutrition.

•A Roundtable Discussion with the Superintendent Elizabeth Marino will be held Tues., Jan. 29, 9:30 to 11 a.m.
