The Knights of Columbus will be holding its annual Free Throw Championship on Wed., Jan. 7, 2009 at Miles Middle School, 501 Route 110, Amityville. All boys and girls who are age 10 to 14 as of Jan. 1, 2009 are invited to attend and compete in their own age and gender group. Participants must bring a copy of their birth certificate to participate. The first 50 entrants will receive a commemorative K of C Free Throw patch. Regional winners will participate in a State Championship at West Point.
