Dear Editor: With the arrival of the cold weather, once again many commuters are subject to the absolute worse conditions of any track side waiting room on the entire Babylon Branch of the LIRR. It was requested that the LIRR address these very sub standard conditions but in two years they only addressed the plexiglass windows.
