Nine men and two women were arrested and charged by Suffolk County with driving while intoxicated or impaired between 11:25 p.m., Nov. 28 and 3 a.m. Nov. 30. The arrests were part of a sobriety checkpoint program along Montauk Highway at Great East Neck Road in West Babylon.
