Longtime Babylon Village resident and loving family matriarch Ruth M. Aldrich died Nov. 13, 2008 in Mount Dora, Florida. She was 90. Born in Islip, she lived in Babylon Village for many years and was a longtime parishioner of the United Methodist Church of Babylon.
