Megan Donohue and Lance Corporal Colin M. Leitch, USMC, a Babylon couple, have announced their engagement recently with a Valentine's Day wedding planned on Feb. 14, 2009 at St. Joseph's R.C. Church.

The couple attended school locally and met when they were supervisors at John Anthony's on the Water, organizing catered affairs and events.

Colin is presently completing his first year in the U.S. Marine Corp, with previous assignments in the Carolinas and Sheppard Air force Base in Texas, highlighting his training in mobile and technical expertise in support communications.

Megan had had been completing undergraduate studies at SUNY New Paltz and Corporal Leitch attended Iona University. The couple will be relocating to Camp Lajeune, Jacksonville, North Carolina where Colin will be on staff awaiting deployment in late spring.

Megan is the daughter of Frank and Doreen Lobasso and Colin is the eldest son of Brian and Gwynn Leitch, all of Babylon.
