Spirit and excitement were displayed all over Lindenhurst for this year's homecoming festivities. The fun began on Friday afternoon, Oct. 3 at Lindenhurst Middle School for their annual Pep Rally. Team members from all the sporting teams showed off their "Lindy Pride." Green and white were seen everywhere from head to toe.

The festivities continued in the evening as the Lindenhurst High School Pep Rally. Once again, all sports team members were displaying their spirit. The traditional announcement of the Homecoming Queen and King, is always eventful. A colorful fireworks display ended the evening with additional entertainment. Shown in the photos, Lindenhurst High School's Athletic teams came out to the Middle School track for the 2008 Annual Pep Rally.
