Jordan Nagler, who had served as the Executive Director of the International Student Exchange of Babylon since 2002, died suddenly Oct. 13, 2008 in Hollywood, California. He was 30. He was born on June 24, 1978 in Rockville Centre and had lived in Idaho, Missouri and Colorado.

According to his family, he loved to surf, kayak, snow board and spend time at cultural events in Manhattan. He was such an avid ultimate frisbee player that he had injured both shoulders playing.

Mr. Nagler leaves behind his parents, Roark and Pat; his brothers, Ryan and Patrick; his grandparents: Rosemary Nipper and Fred; and his nephews and nieces, Raiden Jameson, Brody, Hannah and Amaya. He was predeceased by his grandfather William J. Jordan and his grandmother Helen Jordan.

He reposed at the Summers Funeral Home in Boise, Idaho on Oct. 19, 2008. A Memorial Visitation and Funeral Service were held Oct. 17, 2008 at the Raynor & D'Andrea Funeral Home in West Sayville.
