St. John Lutheran Church of Lindenhurst is sponsoring its 26h annual barn dance Sat. Nov. 15, 7 to 11 p.m. at the Lindenhurst Fireman's Memorial Park Pavilion, off Wellwood Avenue and Hartford.

This year's barn dance, open to the public, 16 years old and over, will include the complete and live SixGun Band. Country dancing instruction will be included during the course of the evening.

A complete barbecue dinner along with soda, beer and wine, cake and coffee will be served from 7 to 8 p.m. Dancing will be from 8 to 11 p.m. The festivities include a sheriff, jail, mock wedding ceremonies, door prizes and raffles.

Checks may be written out to St. John's Lutheran Church and sent to Mark Businski, P.O. Box 926, Great River, NY 11739-0926. There will be no ticket sales at the door.
