Alyssa Marie Hovanec was born August 13, 2008 at Stony Brook Hospital to Kara-Jean Duffy and John Hovanec of West Babylon. She weighed six pounds, five ounces and was 20 inches long. Alyssa's grandparents are Karen and Chris Duff, John Hovanec and Gina Semaria, also of West Babylon.
