Is anyone as annoyed by the increase in volume for commercials on television as we are? This has always been an issue, but it just seems that it has gotten worse. Just when you get the volume the way you want it, a commercial comes on and blasts a message so loud is makes you jump out of your seat. Exactly who is responsible for this and why can't it be stopped? We'd like to know.
