Students from West Babylon Junior High School in the West Babylon School District received a visit from poet Mindy Kronenberg. In addition to writing poetry, Kronenberg is a professor at SUNY Stony Brook. She read several pieces aloud to the sixth graders and then taught them how to convey emotions and pictures through words. Several kids tried their hand at writing themselves. The West Babylon PTA provided this BOCES Arts-in- Education to the middle schoolers.
