Islip Town Supervisor Phil Nolan has announced the next Tuesday Brown Bag Free Concert, presented by the Islip Arts Council and will be performed by Gail Storm on Wed., Aug. 27, 12:30 p.m. All concerts are held at the Bay Shore Band Shell.
