Babylon High School sophomore Jamie Mott recently lent her voice to radio and participat­ed in a public service announcement (PSA) campaign aimed at in­forming teens about the danger distractions can play when operating a car, in an effort to raise awareness about safe and smart driving. Mott was selected as one of several student representatives from across Long Island to participate in the cam­paign, which is being conducted by Allstate In­surance Company during what experts call the 100 Deadliest Days for Teen Driving.
