Catch of the Day

Christopher James of West Babylon went on a fishing trip with his aunt Marie Broderick, formerly of Amityville, and caught a 7.3-lb. fluke, winning the fishing pool for the day on Speedy out of Captree. He said he throught he had caught his line on a rock but worked to bring the big one in, to the applause of all the other fisherman on the boat. He is the son of Mary and Christopher James of West Babylon and will be attending 5th grade at JFK School in September.
