Babylon Village officials and residents gathered at the Argyle Gazebo Friday evening, July 11, 2008, to honor fellow Villager, Fran Pasch, who received the 2008 Nathaniel Conklin Award for outstanding volunteerism. The distinguished service award was presented at the start of the Joel Sikowitz Orchestra concert being held that evening.
