Suffolk County Music Educator's Association (SCMEA) will be holding its annual SCMEA Festival Concert on March 8. A committee of Suffolk County music educators makes the final selection as to who will participate in the festival.

Several nominated students from Our Lady of Lourdes, West Islip, were chosen to participate. Jack Paccione, Dorothy Wilkinson and Jaqueline Hahn were chosen to sing in the Division I Chorus. Robert Buonaspina and Eva Gallegos were chosen to play in the Division I Orchestra. The Division II Chorus will include Danielle King. John Tozzi was chosen to be part of the Division II Orchestra.

These students will join with the best singers and musicians chosen from Suffolk County schools.
