Ludwig F. "Lou" Luba, who taught physical education for 30 years in the Massapequa School District, died Dec. 9, 2007 at Good Samaritan Hospital in West Islip. He was 78. New recycling law for plastic bags in Suffolk should get notice by Nassau lawmakers
A new law passed in Suffolk County provides the mechanism to have consumers and supermarkets recycle plastic grocery bags. The bill, sponsored by S.C. Leg.
