This facility is a duel fuel fired nominal 50 MW (simple cycle operation) or nominal 79.9 NW (combined cycle operation) combustion turbine generation station that sells power to the Long Island Power Authority. The primary fuel is natural gas with low sulfur distillate oil (0.05% by weight sulfur content kerosene) as a backup fuel. NOx is the controlling pollutant andddd its emissions, as well as VOCs, are capped at 22.5 tons/year. Emissions of NOx are controlled with water injection and a SCR. Emissions of CO and VOC are controlled with an oxidation catalyst. Ancillary equipment includes a once through steam generatttor, a natural gas fired duct burner, a steam turbine generator, steam condenser, and cooling tower. AMEND: § 1 8 3 - 13.A(2)

Oysters: Not less than three (3) inches [seven and sixty-two hundredths (7.62) centimeters] in the longest diameter. Oysters measuring less than 3 inches in their longest diameter may comprise no more than five percent (5%) of any bushel, package or container.

Bay Scallops: Only those bay scallops having an annual growth line and measuring at least two and onequarter (2 _) inches [five and seven hundred fifteen thousandths (5.715) centimeters] from the middle of the hinge to the middle of the bill may be taken. Scallops that are less than the legal size and do not possess an annual growth line may comprise no more than two percent (2%) of the catch when unavoidably taken.

Scallops shall be taken from Town lands underwater only between the first Monday in November through March 31, both days inclusive.

ADD: 183-15.E

Scallops may not be possessed for sale for food purposes from April 1 to the first Monday in November. This does not apply to bay scallops harvested during the open season (first Monday in November through March 31) that have been shucked and packed in approved packages and frozen and kept in a frozen state.
