Parent's Resource Center schedule of events

The Parents' Resource Center of the Deer Park School District offers community members an informal forum in which to discuss ideas and ask questions about any relevant issues or concerns they may have. The Center conducts workshops, seminars and discussion groups on topics chosen based on parental interest and needs. Programs are held at the Abraham Lincoln School, 300 Park Ave., Room 11, Deer Park. The following groups will be conducted:

•A parent support group will be held Friday, Dec. 14, 9:30 to 11 a.m.

•On Tuesday, Dec. 18, 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Lisa Lee from DDL will present Parent Training: Autism
