Mary Anne Greenauer celebrates her ninetieth birthday

Mary Anne Greenauer, a former resident of West Babylon, celebrated her 90th birthday with friends with a luncheon at her residence at John Knox Village, Orange City, Florida on October 23. She is the former president of the American Legion Auxiliary, Babylon Unit #94 and Past County Historian of the Suffolk A.L.A. She is also past president of the Deltona No. 255 American Legion Auxiliary and their present historian. She is a 56 member of the A.L.A. She is past president of the Deltona Our Lady of the Lakes Council of Catholic Women and past president of the Daylily Garden Club of Deltona. She is a life member of the Deland Human Society. Greenauer is the widow of William Greenauer who was employed by the New York State Transportation Department in Babylon, retiring as administrative officer after 30 years in the department.
