Leg. Horsley to sponsor coat drive

Can you imagine not having a coat this winter? Neither can we!

Suffolk County Legislator Wayne R. Horsley is sponsoring a coat drive. For many Long Islanders, making a choice whether to buy food or winter clothing has become an unfortunate reality. There are numerous families who are in desperate need of warm clothing.

With your help, "Every Child's Dream, Inc." will provide 500 needy families in Suffolk County with warm clothing.

Make a difference today. Families are in desperate need of new or gently used coats, sweaters, sweatshirts and blankets. ALL sizes are needed.

If you are able to donate, please bring items to the office of SC Legislator Wayne Horsley at 123 North Wellwood Avenue, Lindenhurst. For additional information, please call 854- 1100.

The deadline to donate is Tues., Dec. 11.
