Recently, five students from Brentwood High School in the Brentwood Union Free School District received the Prudential Spirit of Community Award. This award honors young people for outstanding volunteer service in their communities. Cristal Flores, Malcolm Forde, Donald Jackson, Adilia Murillo, and Natalia Villarman were recognized for their volunteer work.

The Prudential Financial is partnered with the National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP) and the awards are the United States' largest youth recognition program based solely on volunteering. Over the past 12 years, the program has honored over 75,000 young volunteers at the local, state, and national level.
