      The West Islip High School Robotics Team participated in the West Islip Chamber of Commerce Expo held at LaGrange on Oct. 23, during which Chamber President and Vice President Lisa Guariglia and Joe DiPalma, respectively, presented a check to the robotechs for $1,500.

Lindenhurst's Harding Avenue school visits Rainbow Center
      Twelve students from Lindenhurst's Harding Avenue Elementary fifth grade orchestra were treated to a one hour classical music concert with violinist Albert Mulad. Students were accompanied by their music teacher, Paul Cronin to the concert at Lindenhurst's Rainbow Center for Senior Citizens.
