Proposition on this year's ballot

Election day is Tuesday, November 6. The polls are open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
PROPOSAL 1 (STATE-WIDE) Amendment to Article 14, section 1 of the Constitution, in relation to the use of forest preserve lands for wells for a municipal water supply in the hamlet of Raquette Lake, Hamilton county.

Shall Resolution No. 770-2007, Adopting a Charter Law to Extend the Existing Suffolk County 1/4% Sales Tax Drinking Water Protection Program For Environment Protection, Sewer District Tax Rate Stabilization and County-wide Property Tax Protection from December 31, 2013 to November 30, 2030; To Accelerate the Land Acquisiton Component of the Program by Permitting Borrowing of Up to $322 Million Over the Next Four (4) Years Only with the Cost of This Borrowing to be Repaid from the 1/4% Sales Tax Revenue Stream; To Add a Land Stewardship Component Thereto; and To Allow the Transfer of Development Rights, Be approved?
