Lindenhurst Middle School students support the Christina Renna Foundation Walkathon

The Christina Renna Foundation held a Walk-a-thon on Sunday, September 23 at the Lindenhurst Middle School track. Athletes from Lindenhurst Middle School and Lindenhurst High School team sports came out and walked around the track to raise money in support of the Foundation. Christina was a Lindenhurst High School athlete who passed away from cancer this past January.
The Christine Renna Foundation is dedicated to supporting childhood cancer research and furthering awareness and education through the support of cancer groups and outreach programs for the direct support of those in need.
