Suffolk County Police raid illegal massage parlor; arrest 3 women

Once again, Suffolk Police have raided and shut down an illegal massage parlor in which, they said, women were offering sex for a fee. First Precinct Crime Section officers executed a search warrant Thursday, Oct. 11, at the Kai Kai Hair Salon on Sunrise Hwy., Lindenhurst. Though the front of the store had the appearance of a hair salon, the back of the store was equipped with massage tables. There employees would perform massages on customers and then agree to perform a sexual act for a fee.

The following women were arrested and were arraigned in First District Court in Central Islip October 12: Li Ping Guo, 35, of Main St., Flushing, was charged with two counts of Prostitution: Qing Lian Shen, 36, of Main St., Flushing, was charged with one count of Prostitution, and Yun Chen, 35, of 132-35 Sanford Ave., Apt. 6J, Flushing, was charged with one count of Prostitution.

Police seized $707 cash, massage tables and various prostitution paraphernalia in the raid.
