Hearing Oct. 9th on coastal home insurance
State Senator Owen H. Johnson, Chairman of the Finance Committee, announced that he will participate in the New York State Senate Standing Committee on Insurance's public hearing to examine the availability and affordability of homeowners' insurance in New York's coastal areas. The hearing, which was announced recently by New York State Senate Insurance Committee Chairman Senator James L. Seward, will be held on October 9, 10 a.m., in Van Nostrand Theatre in the Sagtikos Arts and Sciences Building, Western Campus of Suffolk County Community College, Michael J. Grant Campus, 1001 Crooked Hill Road, Brentwood.
