Free Irish Gaelic classes to be held beginning September 13

The Gerry Tobin Irish Language School's new semester of free, weekly, Irish Gaelic classes begins tonight, Thursday, September 13. Mommy, Daddy and Me for children and their parents runs from 7:15 to 8 p.m. Absolute Beginner - Phonetics and sentence structure is held from 8 to 9 p.m. Conversation - three level, not for Absolute Beginners, is held from 7:15 to 8 p.m.; Grammar - five levels runs from 8 to 9 p.m. and not for Absolute Beginners. Advanced Workshops, two level, are held from 8 to 9 p.m. and 9 to 10 p.m.

All 12 free classes and workshops take place Thursday evenings at the AOH Hall in Babylon, 27 Locust Ave., one block west of the NW corner of the Babylon Railroad Station. All are invited to join the fun, including additional teachers. For information, call Jerry Kelly at 221-2910.
