School's open, one, two and three
All scrubbed and dressed in new clothes and sneakers, students headed back to class last week ready for a new school year. In West Islip, the new principal, Dawn Morrision, greeted incoming students who included three sets of twins and a set of triplets, Samantha and Georgia Gagliardi, Christopher and Jonathan Magliaro, kelly, Michael and Krista O'Connor and anthony and Dominic Sagginario.
West Islip has 66 sets of twins and two sets of triplets.
Inset, Joe and Rhonda features brand new principal Rhona Pratt greeting arriving students at Bayview Elementary School. With her is Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction, Joe Stern.
