Family Fun day, September 8

The second annual Family Fun Day will be held Saturday, September 8, 3 to 7 p.m. at the Babylon Elementary School field, 171 Ralph Ave., Babylon. The rain date is September 15. The cost is $10 per adult and $5 per child under 16 and includes barbecue, drinks and dessert. Bring your own chairs or picnic blankets. In addition, there will be raffles, races, a DJ, kids activities and coaches challenge softball game.

All proceeds benefit the Mike Greene Great Guy Foundation which was founded in 2007 by friends of Greene in his memory. The purpose of the Foundation is to raise funds and donate those funds to help families and individuals in need in Babylon Village and its surrounding communities.
