Ascension Lutheran Church to hold Rally Day Sunday, September 9

Ascension Lutheran Church, 33 Bay Shore Rd., Deer Park will hold its Rally Day on Sunday, September 9. Due to renovations in the church building, worship will be held at 9 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. in the churchyard, under a tent. Sunday School classes resume that day and registration is underway. The annual picnic follows from noon to 3 p.m. with food, live music and games for the children.
