All 4 Sports and Fitness hosts fundraiser

Fun, good health and charity all came together in March when All 4 Sports and Fitness in West Islip opened its doors to Winthrop families and the West Islip community with a party to celebrate healthy living and to raise funds for the Cancer Center for Kids at Winthrop-University

Hospital in Mineola.

The week-long "Exercise Your Support" event encouraged participants to complete four work-out activities during the week, and culminated with a family fun night that included exercise, a European Handball Tournament, dancing to music provided by a DJ from VJ Entertainment, a high-energy spinning class, delicious food donated by local businesses and raffles. Raffles prizes were donated by local businesses or purchased by families in the West Islip Community and donated to the fundraiser.

The event was suggested and carried out by the Sesto Family of West Islip. Mike and Paula Sesto have been active supporters of Winthrop since their son Paul, a sophomore at West Islip High School, was treated at the Hospital. Debbie Dolan, a partner at All 4 Sports and Fitness, was happy to help the Sesto family support the Cancer Center for Kids upon hearing about the Sestos' positive experience at the Center.
