West Islip track & field team is League 3 champs
The West Islip Boys Varsity Track and Field Team is once again League 3 champions after being undefeated this year. According to Coach Sal Alaimo, "This was mainly due to an outstanding team effort and our senior athletes who will be sorely missed next year." Those seniors are Rod Alzmann, John Badolato, Brian Doxey, Dennis Faherty, Brendan Frodell, Dan Gargaro, Kevin Gleeson, Theodore Macario, Vincent Paladino, Mike Porcelli, Dan Trupia, Eric Tyson, Brian Whelton, James White and Doug Winter.
