West Babylon Junior High presents spring concerts

The West Babylon Junior High School music department presented three spring concerts on April 24, May 2 and May 3. Sixth, seventh and eighth graders displayed their talents and versatility through orchestra, band, chorus, select girls chorus, jazz band and select string ensemble.

One of many highlights included an eighth-grade concert band performance of When the Saints Go Marching In featuring Junior High School Principal Michael Rizzo on drums, Assistant Principal Scott Payne on tuba, Superintendent of Schools Melvin Noble on harmonica and Assistant Superintendent Anthony Cacciola on clarinet.

Shown in the photo below is the sixth grade orchestra.
