Blue Grass Festival, Aug. 18

The fifth annual Long Island Bluegrass Festival will be held Saturday, August 18, noon to 8 p.m. at Tanner Park in Copiague, rain or shine and featuring Nashville Bluegrass Legend Ricky Skaggs and Kentucky Thunder. There will be food, vendors and activities for the children. Admission is $10. Children under 10 pay $5. The event is presented by Babylon Citizens Council on the Arts and the Town of Babylon.
