Lindenhurst Middle School honors its STARS

In early May, Lindenhurst Middle School honored its students at the sixth annual series of Students That Are Responsible (STAR) breakfasts. The program honors those students who follow rules, work hard to achieve academic goals and respect their school.

Parents are also invited for the breakfasts and are recognized by Principal Frank Naccarato for their commitment to their child's success. "We recognize that a student's success is directly attributed to a supportive family."

According to STAR committee Chairperson, Danielle Grandin, "these students continually develop their skills to be good citizens and conquer the challenges of Middle School."
