Troop 903 works on project to place American Flags in classrooms
Assemblyman Bob Sweeney worked with Deer Park Girl Scout Junior Troop 903 on their "Operation Flag" project to place an American flag in every classroom of the JFK School in Deer Park. Sweeney contributed to the Troop's effort, which was part of their Bronze Award project.
The Troop also participated in a cleanup at Edgewood State Preserve in Deer Park, as part of Youth Service Day activities.
