Public Commentary Dear Editor: I'm John Martin in fifth grade from William E. Deluca and I'm studying about littering. Littering is a problem because it can effect the environment. Also the Town wouldn't have to clean up other people's garbage that they throw out the windows of their cars. We also wouldn't have to pay people as often to clean it up either. something we could do to stop littering is to make a higher fine. We should also put cameras in more important areas like the parks or at school yards. I wouldn't say to put cameras all over though. That would be way too expensive. Hopefully, if we all work together we can do something about this problem so that it doesn't ruin our world.
